Dogs love to play in the mud and get dirty. It's a natural part of their lives. However, if your pet has a problem with dirt and gets into places he shouldn’t, there are ways to keep him clean without having to use harsh chemicals.
There are several different methods to clean your dog up. The first thing you should do is wash his fur off. Use a shampoo designed specifically for dogs. If you want to use a regular shampoo, dilute it with water before using it.
Next, apply a conditioner to his coat. Be sure to follow the directions on the bottle. Some shampoos contain conditioners while others require you to mix the two together.
