Dogs can act like children at times, they definitely have minds of their own and don’t always feel like being obedient. Fortunately, they’re super cute so when they act up, it’s easy to laugh at their antics as long as it doesn’t involve chewing up a favorite pair of shoes.
They can also be mischievous, funny, cunning, and sneaky. Sometimes all at the same time. They know when they can get away with mischief and when they can’t. They’ll also let you know how they feel about things.
For example, their body language is obvious, if they don’t like to take a bath, hate going to the vet, or think the new dog food you just spent a hundred bucks on stinks, no doubt, you’ll know it.
Dogs are also masters at reading the body language of their humans. But humans are also pretty good at reading theirs. Ears back, a tail tucked, a guilty look, all give them away. As soon as you walk in the door, one look at your dog and you know if you’re looking at a good or naughty pup, right?
Dogs can be super entertaining, too. It’s so obvious when they’re happy, sad, or being stubborn. They don’t hold back as humans do, if we watch their behavior, we can clearly see what they are trying to say.
Take this adorable little dog named Tasha, for example. Tasha clearly is enjoying the outdoors and has no intention of going inside. Her owner opens the sliding door and calls to her, “Tasha, Tasha, Tasha…” There is no Tasha in sight.
Or is there?
As her owner closes the sliding door, out from the behind planter, pops the head of Tasha. She seems to be saying, “is the coast clear?” When the door opens again, she stealthily dunks back down behind the planter, disappearing again.
This game goes on a bit. The door slides open, and Tasha vanishes behind the planter. The door closes, her head pops up and she looks through the plant. The game is hilarious and one it looks like is played often.
We hope you enjoy this video of Tasha playing hide and seek to avoid going inside. She’s such a cute pup, there is no way not to laugh when you watch her. Please feel free to share with your friends.
