On a walk through the park one day, she spotted a tiny gray and white kitten sitting under a tree. Unable to leave the adorable kitten behind, she scooped her up and took her home.
Lucky for the kitten, the woman who rescued her always fosters animals. She couldn’t have been found by a better person but before the day was out, kitty had won over her foster mom and was there to stay.
The kitten was named Wendy and was introduced to George. George happens to be a 135-pound mastiff but Wendy had no fear of her giant new big brother. She nestled right between his two front paws as if she belonged there.
Wendy can’t get close enough to George even though she was only the size of his paw. She loved to snuggle up with him and climb up on his back. Wendy wasn’t intimidated by George and even when her mom moves her away, she boomerangs right back by his side.
George loves all animals but Wendy has a special place in his heart. She came into his life at just the right time and has helped him feel whole again after losing one of his best animal friends, Debbie a little pig.
George’s heart was broken but Wendy helped make George happy again. It’s the sweetest thing in the world to see. She helped him overcome his grief and bring joy back to his life. He was so sad before she came along.
But now has Wendy to lift his spirits and play with every day. Wendy’s happiness spreads to George. The bold kitten is full of life and has no fear of George and he’s the gentlest soul with her.
Their bond was instant and super close. It was as though Wendy arrived just in time to become George’s new best friend. And, Wendy needed him, too.
Now, they’re inseparable friends, they play and cuddle and bring so much joy to each other and their family. We hope you enjoyed their sweet story. As always, please feel free to share with your friends.
