When the owners of 10 golden retrievers from Redlands, California wanted a way to put their litter of puppies to bed, they turned to the age old classic fairy tales, but with a prehistoric twist.
This litter of puppies is simply too cute for words. The curious little goldens are typical puppies and curious about their surroundings. Like all retriever puppies, they like to explore and are an active bunch.
To relax and calm them inside their whelping box, their human family decided to try something new. So they placed a purple stuffed dragon called Dalton inside the box. However, Dalton is not your typical stuffed dragon.
Dalton is an adorable purple dragon. He’s not scary, at all. Rather, he’s a sweet bedtime story teller. His mouth moves, his head sways, and his book lights up as he tells his fairy tales. The best part is that he totally captivates the puppies.
The puppies watch enraptured as the 12” Dalton reads them a story! He can read 5 classic fairy tales, which include Hansel and Gretel, Jack and the Beanstalk, Rapunzel, The Ugly Duckling, and Sleeping Beauty.
These owners were really onto something great because these puppies gather around him as he tells them about magic beans and they look so happy and relaxed, just like all tiny tots do when they hear a great bedtime story.
If you’re interested in getting a Dalton for your pups, you should know that he can be found online. Dalton also takes batteries so you’ll want to be sure you don’t leave him alone with your pets.
This video is so cute it makes us want to cozy up with a puppy, blanket, and listen to some old fashioned fairy tales till we drift off to dreamland. What could be better than that?
